When do I make a reservation at Company Places ?

If you are looking for some longterm accommodation for yourself or some of your employees you need to contact Company Places. How to ask for a price offer ?

There are different ways for asking a price offer. By telephone or fax for instance. But the fastest and most efficient way is to click on ‘Demand Offer’. Enter your data and we reply as quick as possible.In case you have very specific questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Can I take an option for accommodation ?

We can only take an option on the required accommodation in case of enough availability.The option is valid  for maximum 5 working days. It is impossible though to take an option for lastminute reservations.

 

Is there internet (WiFi) available ?

Internet is available in almost all of our locations.

 

Are there parking places available ?

Show

Unless specified else the parking places are for free.  There is 1 parking place per accommodation foreseen.For more details concerning our parking rules we refer to the house rules of the location.

 

Do I need a valid passport ?

Each guest who stays in one of our accomodations needs to present a valid passport. Upon arrival they will be asked for their passport. Those who can't show a valid passport will be refused to the accommodation.

 

How to pay a reservation ?

Reservations have to be paid conform our general conditions which are mentioned in the contract or email confirmation. These conditions are in most cases the same as mentioned on the invoice. For lastminute bookings you need to pay at arrival or in cash or by creditcard. We may also ask for a copy of the bank transfer. Payment method will be specified in the contract or email confirmation. Taxes and rentprice should always be paid in advance (on a monthly basis). Other costs like usage of electricity and water need to be paid at the end of each month. You will need to pay a caution for each rented unit. In case invoices are not paid conform the conditions we have the right to deny the access to the accommodation.

 

How are the prices built ?

The prices are built-up in 2 categories. First category is the rent of the accomodation and the second part is about the supplements. Rentprices are free of VAT rate in Belgium. The other supplements have a VAT rate of 21% except the usage of water which is 6%. 

All mentioned prices are VAT included unless specified else. On the invoice is clearly mentioned what the VAT rate is per article. Invoicing is done by Funtours NV.

 

How to cancel your reservation and what are the consequences ?

You can cancel your reservation according to our terms and conditions as specified in the contract or email confirmation. In all cases you will have to inform Company Places about the cancellation in a written letter or email.
